FRGSL was founded in 1991, and provides opportunities for girls in Flemington and Raritan Township, as well as our surrounding communities, to participate in Recreation and Travel softball programs.

The Recreation Program provides playing opportunities for girls presently enrolled in grades K-12. Spring and Fall Rec Seasons are offered.
The recreation league fees cover league expenses including: uniforms, equipment, clinics, fields, umpires, and trophies. 

The Flemington Flames Travel Program provides opportunities for those girls who desire and have the skills to play a higher level of competitive softball. Teams are formed at 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.
Travel Softball seasons run from Sept to July. Tryouts are held end of July, early August.

FRGSL is entering its 34th year of providing girls softball in the greater Flemington area. The FRGSL Board of Directors is committed to enhancing the softball experience for all participants. We have continued to partner with the township to ensure the continuous improvement of the Lenape fields. This, along with recent improvements such as upgraded equipment, new uniform style, the opening day event, intertown rec play, special Saturday games in neighboring towns and our incredible year-end picnic; display our commitment to the youth in our community.
