FRGSL, founded in 1991, provides opportunities for girls in Flemington, Raritan Township and our surrounding communities to participate through recreation and travel programs. The recreation program provides playing opportunities for girls presently enrolled in grades K through 12.

The recreation league fees cover league expenses including: uniforms, equipment, clinics, fields, umpires, trophies and the end of season picnic.

The travel program, the Flemington Flames, provides opportunities for those girls who desire and have the skills to play a higher level of competitive softball. This year we will have teams at 8U, 10U, 14U and 16U.
Tryouts for the ’23 Fall thru ’24 Summer season will be held mid-summer 2023 for 10U and up.
Tryouts for the 8U 2023 Summer season will be held in May 2023. 8U consists of practices/scrimmages starting in June, a short season of league play and 1 to 2 tournaments ending in mid to late July.

The Flames will once again run their Fling tournaments in 2023.

FRGSL is entering its 32nd year of providing girls softball in the greater Flemington area.
